Personal Fax Number

We provide you with a phone number for each employee (orders as small as 1 accepted). Any faxes sent to that address are then immediately forwarded as an e-mail attachment to the employees mailbox. The faxes can be easily read and printed if necessary using software on a normal desktop PC.

There are NO setup charges, NO ongoing fees, or any other costs.

Outgoing Faxes

We setup a prepay account for you (with as little as £5, approx.€7.50, or $7). Each time a fax is sent from the e-mail account of one of your registered users, we deduct a small per minute fee from the account. Faxes are sent with your company Name, and the correct return number for the e-mail account sending the fax.

Faxes can be sent as simple text, MS Word Files, PDF Files, or Graphics Files, and our fax gateway handles the rest. You can have a digitally signed receipt for each fax sent, which can be used to prove content, and proof of faxing.

The per minute cost depends on the faxes destination (UK as low as 2p per minute, USA as low as 5p per minute), and option selected. For the cost conscious we have the option for our software to send the fax the cheapest way, at the cheapest time, immediately.

Worldwide Fax Access

If you are always on the move, and want to be able to access you fax machine wherever you are , then this service is for you! For a small monthly fee, we provide you with access to your own private fax area on our site from where you can view the faxes that you have been sent (also available from your e-mail as above), and compose and send replies or new faxes.

Current monthly Fee £1.99 (approx.€3, or $2.85), paid in a minimum of 3 month blocks, or deducted from your prepay account.
